Scope of work:
- remove all peeling, damaged plaster,
- seal all surfaces with oil-based primer,
- repair plaster damages with Durabond compound and finish with topping joint compound,
- sand all repaired areas, prime with pigmented PVA primer – pigmented primer shows more walls imperfections that need to be repaired prior painting,
- additional repairs – joint compound,
- spot priming,
- ceiling paint – two coats of white semi-gloss paint,
- walls – two coats of semi-gloss paint.
