Scope of work:
- repair wall damages and prime the walls with pigmented Zinsser Wallpaper primer.
- caulk, spackle, prime and paint the trims and cabinets with Sherwin Williams ProClassic modified alkyd semi-gloss paint.
- paint the ceiling – two coats of white flat CHB paint.
- hang Grasscloth wallpaper – painter must follow special grasscloth hanging procedure.
- clean the jobsite.
