Scope of work:
- remove wallpaper – hallways, closets, closet doors, bathroom,
- seal walls with oil-based primer,
- repair drywall damages, sand and prime,
- paint trims and doors with Sherwin Williams white semi-gloss SuperPaint. Two coats,
- paint the ceilings with white Sherwin Williams CHB white paint,
- paint the walls with Sherwin Williams ProMar 200 Zero VOC low-sheen paint. Two coats.
