Scope of work:
- Move all furniture to the middle of the rooms and cover with painters plastic,
- Cover all floors with painter drop cloths,
- Cover kitchen cabinets and countertops with plastic,
- Sand the walls with pole sander – 80 grit,
- Repair stress cracks nail holes, scuffs with mesh tap and EasySand compound,
- Prime all repaired areas,
- Paint the ceiling with Sherwin Williams white flat CHB paint,
- Paint the walls with Sherwin Williams Zero VOC low-sheen paint,
- Paint trims and doors with Sherwin Williams semi-gloss Superpaint.
- Remove all plastic, move back furniture, vacuum floors.
