Scope of work:
- Handrails – three coats of black Sherwin Williams AllSurfaceEnamel.
- Walls – two coats of Benjamin Moore Super Spec eggshell paint. One color per room.
- Front door – strip existing finishes, stain and varnish the door.
- Back staircase and rooftop deck – pressure wash the wood and seal with semi-transparent stain.
