Scope of work:
- Remove 4 layers of old, painted wallpaper,
- Prime the walls with oil based primer,
- Repair plaster damages with Durabond, mesh tapes and finishing compound,
- Prime thee walls with PVA primer,
- Paint two coats of Sherwin Williams flat paint.
