Scope of work:
- replace vaulted ceiling drywall tapes,
- repair drywall damages, nail holes and stress cracks,
- seal water spots with oil-based primer,
- paint the ceilings with Sherwin Williams white flat paint. Two coats,
- paint the walls with Sherwin Williams ZeroVOC low-sheen paint. Two coats.
