Scope of work:
- repair drywall damages from water leaks,
- replace drywall in utility room,
- paint the ceilings with Sherwin Williams white flat CHB paint. One coat.
- paint the walls with Sherwin Williams beige flat paint. Two coats.
- Kitchen – refinish cabinets – two coats of Sherwin Williams modified alkyd semi-gloss paint,
- Kitchen – refinish wooden countertop.
