Scope of work:
- Move all furniture to the middle of the rooms and cover with plastic,
- Cover all floors with painters floor tarps,
- Repair all stress cracks, drywall damages, scratches, nail holes,
- Paint the walls with Sherwin Williams Emerald matte paint. Two coats.
- Time of realization two days / two painters.
