Scope of work:
- protect all furniture and floors with painters plastic and drop clothes,
- Fix stress cracks with mesh tape and Easy Sand patching compound, sand and prime,
- Tape and caulk all trims,
- Paint the walls: two coats of Sherwin Williams Zero VOC low-sheen / eggshell paint.
- Remove plastic and tapes. Move back furniture. Wash the floors.
