Scope of work:
- Trims, doors, windows – two coats of Sherwin Williams semi-gloss SuperPaint,
- Ceilings – two coats of Sherwin Williams flat CHB paint,
- Walls – two coats of Zero VOC low-sheen paint.
- Preparation:
- Move all furniture to the middle of the rooms and cover with painters plastic,
- cover the floors with painters drop cloths,
- remove all nails, anchors, blinds hardware,
- sand the walls and ceilings with pole sander,
- sand and caulk woodwork,
- repair plaster damages, stress cracks, seal water spots,
